I've been studying for awhile now and I'm still confused as to whether or not Wiccans are against the Bible(christian)?

Blessed be.

the bible being the book you should follow, we do not believe in it's teaching. however, we do not hate the book, it's just not something wiccans believe is 'the word of god' [we don't think it's wrong, just not our book. kind of like the quran, it's a holy book, but it's only viewed as 'the word' by muslims]

chrisitans, the people who follow the bibles teachers, we are not against, but some wiccans do rebel against the christian faith for personal reasons [bad experience usually] but wicca as a religion does not say one faith is bad and one faith is good. all paths are right for the individual, wicca is right for me, and that's fine, christianitys right for my sister and that's also fine.

Wiccans do not follow the teachings of the Bible as we are not Christians nor Jews. Wiccans do not have any " holy book ". But that does not mean that we do not have our own beliefs and our own ethical code of correct behavior.
