What the am I doing wrong

So I have a bit of an issue.... I've always had an interest in Astral Projection because I see it as the only means of finding my spirit animal and bettering my understanding of different dimensional planes. I lay down, clear my head of all intruding thought and focus on my breathing first. Then I imagine my third eye opening and taking in the white warm loving light that is tinged with green as green is the heart chakra. I keep my mind awake by telling myself I am in control. I can do this. It's within my capacity to do this. I will succeed. This is natural and I am calm.

After my body has gone numb and I can't move I shift my evergy from side to side (using the roll technique because it seems to be the one that works best for me) and I can feel every metaphysical toss and turn. I can picture every movement and feel my metaphysical self follow. I feel the intense vibration as if it's about to happen and then within a blink of an eye it's gone. I still feel numb and my breath is still controlled but it not much is going on after that.

If I give up and get up I can't control my on actions immediately it takes me a second. I'm doing and unstable. I feel weird and light....

  1. Maybe your focus was broken during the projection. Practice cures it. For the time being, practice meditation.
  2. It is normal. You cannot get up immediately after you have done an intense work of energy. Relax a bit. Give your body at least five minutes to come to normal state.

I highly suggest you research more about astral projection .

Hope it helped!
