Is there anything I can use in place of ginger? I seem to not have any and I currently cant go to the store, is there anything close enough I can use?

Some people say that rosemary can replace any herb, as a common cooking herb you may have some lying around that could be used instead.

Cayenne is a great substitute for ginger. Both are primarily used for the heating abilities. Cinnamon is another suitable substitute, depending on the work. Rosemary doesn't share the heating properties of ginger, so depending on the role ginger played in your work, I would reccomend against it.

Use what you have on hand. Ask yourself: what does ginger mean in this spell? Then, consider alternatives based on its function.
