How to deal with anger?

When I got into learning magick, I wanted to learn because I wanted to bring upon bad luck and other things to people that have wronged me. Now when I learn magick, I just wanna do the right thing, but again, I still want to hurt people. I dunno why, I just can't get over things that have happened to me. What is the best way to deal with anger and hate?

I dont know about the best way to deal with anger but I can share my way. I am a bottler, I bottle up a lot. I choose to vent my frustrations alone. When I get too filled with anger, I go to the dollar store, buy a glass or two, pour my anger into the glasses and break them.

Try to find out why you hate and are angry with that person

You can also drink teas to calm you or use a spell to aid you in getting rid of it

I would reccomend working with some black tourmaline. This stone is good for transmuting negative energy into positive. When you feel angry you can grab the stone and visualize all that anger and negative emotion going into the stone and being pulled away from you. Hopefully you'll find some way that works best for you!

I heard this a long long time ago so unfortunately I don't remember the source, but try going to the side of a lake/pond/ocean, finding yourself a black stone and pouring all of your anger into it, then fling it as far as you can into the water. It's helped me every time I've tried it :)

Thank you so much for all of the responses. I used to bottle all my emotions up...the bottle broke and it wasn't a pretty scene for me or anyone in living with me. I tried therapy, I didn't like it. I've forgiven the past and everything, but I can't forget it and that's what drives me insane.
