Purification spells???

Anyone have a good purification spell/ritual? I'm making a wand and none of my supplies are clean...

By clean, do you mean physically clean or the energy is dirty/contaminated?
If it is the latter, then a good cleansing may be good, saging is a nice way to go about this and they can easily be found online.

Yes to the latter, it's because i'm not useing magick items, just a pocket knife and some cloth from a fabric store. Is this ok? Sorry, i'm a noob

Om New to this forum but My frist guess world be: if you try to clean the item you use for making the wand then it should go.
By cleaning i Mean with some kind of ritual.

You could also cleanse them with water. Other kinds of smoke I've used include dried mugwort and rosemary.
