Hello + headaches

Hello, my name is Raelynn and I am fairly new when it comes to magic. However, ever since I've started practicing I've been getting headaches. I was wondering why I am getting these and if there is any way to make them stop. Also, any general tips you can give me will be much appreciated!

Hello & Welcome. Headaches are a side effect of low energy during or no rest before casting. Try meditating, drawing up energy and then cast. :-)
