Hi! My name is Khriz. I'm new here. Can someone tell me where I can start to read/learn on meditation? I would greatly appreciate it. Hope to hear from someone soon! :D

There are many techniques people use to meditate. My personal favorite is just to sit cross legged on the ground, palms face up on knees, eyes closed, two or three deep breaths in and out slow ( then let breathing go natural ), mind blank ( focus on blackness behind eyelids ) then relax and tune everything out waiting on the will of the cosmos to reveal itself. Enjoy. :-)

My meditation is not much different from yours. I just add relaxing music or sounds.

my meditations are easy and hard! my favorite is to lie down somewhere comfortable and play some music,then i get visions or stories when im sitting and i have my eyes open

also go for a walk early and listen to you breath only let your mind wander.
or this may seem craycray but.. play music and dance/sing along.
