How to get started????
By:
Ok, so I've been into Magick for quite some time and I have performed a few spells. However, my interest in Magick has been going on and off but this time I'm 100% serious and want to take witchcraft seriously. The thing is, I'm not sure how to actually start my practices. I've done a fair amount of research so I know know a decent amount of information. I've already decided the path I want to follow. Im to follow an eclectic path similar to Moderator Akasha0Wolfs path. Ughh, I just don't know how to begin. Not just that but I don't know how to increase my Magickal abilities, what spells I should use, how often to perform spells. Please please please, any and all help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks and blessed be!

Well, first you need to learn the basics. Meditation, centering, grounding, visualization, etc. You can learn more about these at Newbie Central here on the site. These are things you need to learn before practicing any sort of magic.

While doing all this I would suggest learnig about pantheons, if your path requires it. I'm not sure of the ecclectic path.

The types of spells you would use would be depending on your situation at hand... However, I would also suggest learning spells to protect and open your powers.
