Astral projection help?

I can get to the right state but then I overthink it and get freaked out right before I start to try to leave the body?

I have fears of getting hurt somehow?

You can't get hurt.

If anything goes wrong you just wake up and it's over.

It's not leaving the body, its projecting from the body.

If you have problems with meditation, try going to sleep, and wake up in the middle of the dream. Don't open your eyes physically, but become aware in the middle of the dream, and BAM. full control.

You CAN get hurt. You need to protect yourself before traveling. I either wear an amulet (usually a medicine bag but any amulet will do) or begin in my sacred space (like a circle). And it is best when first traveling to do so with a spirit/animal guide.

You're apprehension is most likely your guide or intuition telling you you're jumping head first without a parachute.

Is the pendant to remind you more so that you're having an astral experience, than to grant you additional abilities? I have heard this is good practice to allow yourself to lucid dream more. Melatonin also works good for this, I've had some crazy lds after taking it.

Melatonin is linked to fentanyl used on 900 theatre hostages during the Dubrovka crisis (see www.), as well as rhythms in fish, these rhythms signaling time to migrate which is another form of travel.

'The classification of cell surface adenosine receptors into two types is generally based on the ability of adenosine to stimulate or inhibit adenylyl cyclase.'
(Falcon J, Regulation of the Rhythmic Melatonin Secretion by Fish Pineal Photoreceptor Cells, in Rhythms in Fishes, Plenum Press)

These things are now being studied and manipulated in dark-grown salmon in aquaculture facilities in South Dakota.

Joggers know well the effects of enkephalin, post-running.
