energy characteristics

I am in need of info regarding all forms of energy mostly mana and psy. The info I am looking for is mostly how strong it is on a scale of 1-20 and also at which frequencies does it vibrate at (this is to get a basic understanding from my point-of-view of how to see, interact, and use it to my skillset)
