What exactly is a coven?

Hey all! i been a member of this site for a couple of days now and i was wondering what a coven is and how to join one.

Are you asking what real-life covens are or are you asking about the covens here on SOM since they are two very different things.

Covens here on SOM are smaller groups of like-minded people with similar interests. Spell Caster's coven is open to anyone to join. Others might be invitation-only, or ones where you would need to apply to the High Priest or High Priestess for membership.

You can find a list of covens at http://www.spellsofmagic.com/covens.html Take a look at any you think might interest you and then follow whatever steps that coven requires for membership
