hi, welcome to SoM, if you wish to learn about Wicca, i'd look for Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham and/or Wicca for Life by Raymond Buckland.

if you can't buy the books, or your library doesn't have any, you can find some in google books. i've checked, while they don't have all books by Buckland or Cunningham, they do have quite a few, so that might be of use to you.
