A spirit in my doorway?

Well this has been going on for awhile. I believe a spirit or ghost or whatever you want to call it watches me through my bedroom door every night. I have 3 cats that sometimes come in to my room to cuddle or tunnel in my blankets while I read. After awhile they start to stare at the door for a long time then run from the room. One of my cats got scared and puffed up the hair on his tail. My little brother has had this experience too. We sometimes feel 'it' watching us and sometimes i feel scared other times i don't care. I hope someone can explain this.

I would say it's normal to be a little scared of something like this. If there is a spirit, it could have many different reasons for being there. If your uneasy because it's there, and not because you sense something evil or terrifing coming from it. I would say it's probably not there to cause you harm. if you feel the hair stand up on the back of your neck and feel something sinister, i would be concerned. I'm not real knowledgeable about spirits. so my sugguestion is to make sure you keep yourself, family, cats etc. protected at all times.

peace,

spirits dont want to scare us but sometimes they do and thats our human instinct of fear of the unknown that kicks in, its natural. if this bothers you close your eyes and ask the spirit to walk in to the light then invision the figure walking in to the light.
if you feel your not ready to see spirit then just send out a thought saying am not ready to see and they will leave you alone.

Thanks and I usually don't feel anything sinister but its creepy when i feel it watching me. I asked 'whos there?' when my cat started to stare and the feeling went away.
