Past Life

I hope I'm in the right forum, but does anyone know how one may find the knowledge of their past life?

I know a few people who would love to know but I'm not too sure myself.

Meditation or skrying is the most common ways. Dreams can sometimes also be used for past life regression but I don't know how reliable it is.

There are many ways that you can do past life regressions to learn more about past lives. You can go to someone that does them for a session. After that is it very easy to do it on your own. You can create your own "script" and record it in your voice to do it yourself. You can also just start writing down things that come to you for 5 minutes or so, then look at what you have written and ask questions about details and write down the first thing that pops into your mind. Doing that you can get a fairly complete picture in just a few minutes.

i haven't looked into it, but i just remembered the occult shop i go to offers tarot readings for past lives. i don't know how it works, but you could also look into that as an option. if you can, get a copy of Earth Power by Scott Cunningham, he's got a chapter about mirrors and talks about past life regression in it.
