This has happened to me twice now..that I can remember. In my dreams I will see something off in my sleep and when I realize it I will have this numbing feeling, and I try and pull myself out of my sleep and I am unable to which is odd for me because I have the ability to, so anyway the first night that it happened I woke up crying and frantic, and ended up undergoing a demonic possession, and was exorcised thankfully right there, and last night, it happened again, and it had me believe as I was trying to pull myself out of my sleep that I was awake and telling my gf about what happened, but then when I would try and sit up there was that feeling and I couldn't do anything that it didn't want me to do, then with one more final push, I was able to finally wake up, and as I was coming to, there was a very sickening whisper in my ear that I can't really remember what was said, something about "...we watching you.." or something to that I think....does anyone have any advice what to do? I am used to demonic issues and we do our best to ignore them, with my gf being an ex satanist and all, but do you guys have any advice I can do to keep this from happening, for every time that it has, it is taking a tool, on my body and mind..

What you are descrbing sounds far less like "demonic possession" and far more like sleep paralysis.
Sleep paralysis, as scarey as it can be at the time, is a perfectly normal occurrence. It is thought that perhaps as many as 60% of people experience it at one time or another. And people who believe in the occult also seem to be more apt to have frightening hallucinations associated with sleep paralysis. So it is entirely likely that your voices, etc are nothing but the side effect of a normal sleep occurrence. You might want to read some of these articles:
Even if it were a daemon, you really wouldn't have anything to worry about. Most defensive spells are enough to deter daemons, and it's extremely easy to maintain control of your mind and body when you know how. Basically, your body belongs to you and you alone so no one can take it from you unless you allow them to.
Yep sounds like sleep paralysis......i was going through the same thing a yr back...its caused mostly due to extreme mental stress or tension or consuming a lot of alcohol fr a continued period
