you can make your own oils, incense, powders, washes, in fact anything you like. the trick is to study which herb resin, root etc corensponds to what. i.e if you are making love oil you would use herbs associated with love, a wealth incense would use herbs ssociated with bringing money and so on One of the easiest oils to start with is common vegetable cooking oil.Simply put some into a separate container and use it to anoint candes, draw pentagrams etc. Keep in mind what you want whilst using the oil. The beauty of this is because it is plain it can be used for absoloutley any desire. Then you can take it from there.

You can make your own anointing oils. The recipe you choose you to use will determine how hard it is to make. I have tried it many times and the biggest dificulty I have had is finding good oils of the correct type. I find it easier to purchase annointing oil from my local pagan shop than to make it.

also make sure you keep the oil for magickal purposes only, don't use it for anything else.

I have had some success mixing sunflower oil with cinnamon and honey in a simple candle anointing money spell. I used sunflower because it is readily available and is a "golden" (and therefore in my eyes, relates to money) colour. I mostly create my own spells and often just go with what feels right at the time. This has worked for me. Im sure others can assist you more.

I've created my own oils and incenses for a number of years. If you're new to doing this I would recommend "Incense, Oils, and Brews" by Scott Cunningham for a wealth of information on different correspondences and ingredients.
