test 1

Ok this is a test one simple question that will prove if this sight has real people who know what's up.

Is human an earthly element. Yes or no.

I only ask this cuz I can't tell if this sight is real or just a place people who pretend come to.

It realy depends on what you mean.
Some people say that humans come from the earth, having been made of clay or dust. So in that sense, yes the human body would fall under the category of Earth sub-elements.
But, the human body is comprised mostly of water. Some people say that blood or flesh are sub-elements of the Water element. It all really depends on your own interpretation and views.

I agree that it depends on the spiritual background that you come from as to how you interpret that question.

Based on the way you worded that question, I am going to make the cautious assumption that you are coming from a Buddhist standpoint. When the Buddhist looks inward, he/she sees the earthly composition of their body. The flesh, sinews, bones, bone-marrow, kidneys, heart, liver, diaphragm, and every other conceivable solid matter in the body. When he/she looks outward, they see the earthly composition of all around them. The floor upon which we sit, then expanding outward to recall buildings, vehicles, roads, mountains, rocks, pebbles, soil, the bodies of other beings, trees, wild plants and crops growing in fields. This is how we come to the realization that we are all the same thing.

So coming at it from a Buddhist standpoint, yes. Humans are made of earth and therefore an earthly element. I hope this helps answer your question.

No, humans are not an earth element. The human condition is just the expression of a portion of the divine spark acting out on a physical level of existence. It is only one type of expression. There are many others. Also, the physical is not the only part of the human experience.

Now, if you are just talking about the physical body, maybe. But even with that I would say that the physical is no more humanity than an empty soda bottle is the beverage.

Ooh, very good point. Are we talking about the physical body or the psyche? If you were referring to the psyche, then I would like to amend my answer.

I would say, in my own point of view, looking past your religious background, the human being would almost be a combination of all the elements, at least the major ones(Earth, Air, Fire, Water, including Spirit,) simply because of how complex and somewhat unique we all are.
But, considering many animals can or have been classified to fit into a specific element category (Birds:Air, Sea Creatures:Water, Land Creatures: Earth, and some very specific animals, such as Lion, Tiger, Lizards, are considered to be of the fire element.) So if I had to classify the human being, it would be a mix of both Spirit(the Psyche) and Earth or Water(Body, depending on your religious back ground, as previously stated.)
You should be more specific when asking a question, at least tell us how you mean the question and from what religious background you are asking from.

No. Hold a minute. You do not get to treat us like puppets. We are not your personal play toy to ask questions to and then disappear. You come back here this instant, young man, and we finish this discussion. May the best philosopher win.
