Magic Bracelet

HI!
Ok I bought this magic bracelet in a store in Ojai CA, and i bought it to give to a guy friend. I specifically remember buying the black one because its more of a masculine color, and it had a good meaning. When I came back home (I bought 2 more for other friends) and I gave my friends their bracelets I took the other bracelet to give to my guy friend and it was blue... can anyone tell me how that may have happened I'm totally stumped.

Changes to colours of materials is not unusual at all - it is more often than not chemistry. There are materials that have been specifically designed to change colour when stimulated by environmental influences. This can be witnessed in nature too; an example being changes in chemistry in our environment cause leaves to change colour in autumn.

I know that there are bracelets like that, but this one was normal beads. The description on the poster board just said magic beads to make fortunes come true.

Whatever the reason, it was not a supernatural one. Magick is rooted in the subtle (non-physical) realms while science is rooted here in the physical. Because of this, they are seen to work together, while some see them as different aspects of the same thing. Also because of this, Magick is not supernatural, it is entirely natural. Something supernatural, by this definition, would be something that defied the physical laws.

Perhaps exposure to sunlight bleached the beads, maybe the acid on your finger tips reacted with it or perhaps a surface layer of paint just wore thin. Even if the material is not purposefully designed to change colour it doesn't mean it won't just look at hair dye, that almost invariably gets bleached by the sun. As the others have said it's almost certainly not a magical cause, there are many thousands of examples of colour changes and as far as I know not one of them is magical in nature.

It could have been a mood bracelet. The store could have been advertiring them as magic to get them to sell.
