I highly doubt your attempt to make it snow where you are is any cause to the occurinh of a dark cloud. Cloud are in constant motion along with the forming of clouds from the whole process of cloud formation involving water evaporation. You're not just going to do a mere spell to alter the weather. And so say you do and it starts to rain (for example) this is but a mere coincidence; situational irony if you prefer. Some spells here can work. However there's many factors to what gore into the chance of a spell to work. Some of the summonings might work. Mainly depending on what the spell is supposed to do. This is a key factor. After that it falls back to the many factors of what can cause a spell to possibly work.
Im rather confused on why so many knowledgeable members of this site insist weather spells don't work. I've used rain spells many times without fail. Snow, different ball game. The temperture has to be logical. I don't care to argue semantics. Point is you can influence the weather.
Like said, you can't control the weather; however, I do beleive you can increase the possiblity of it raining or something as long as the condition and place is right. You're not going to make it rain in the Sahara or make it snow in Flordia. Use logic first. If it's cloudy and have a chance of rain increase the chances with a spell if you have a reason like you need the plants to grow or something after a period of no rain. Maybe. Just my opinion, but yours can be different. Watch the news to see when the condition is right or not.
