Forming a coven

I'm in the process of starting a coven and I want to know exactly what the necessities are. I've done some research and found that i need to establish a meeting place for this coven. I know that it would be smart to create a list of rules that all within the coven must follow, but aside from these two things what else do i need?

You should have some idea of what sorts of things you want your coven to do or accomplish. Will there be lots of classes and seminars? Will you meet frequently or only on major holidays? What will you do when you do meet? Celebrate? Feast? Generally socialize? Perform group ritual? What kinds of rituals? Who leads them? Will they be specific rituals?

Unless you already are close to your coven mates, I would suggest meeting with each of them to find out what they already know and what they want to learn. This way you have an idea of what you should be working on as a group, and who can help teach. If many of you are fairly new, doing group meditations and classes might be in order. If you already know what you want to work on, gathering a list of supplies would be a good start. Leading a coven can be tough. If you need help, feel free to mail me. Brightest blessings :)
