Astral Projection

I was wondering what you could do in astral projection. if u walk, or if u fly. stuff like that. ive heard you could shapeshift, but into anything, or only things from life.

You can do anything in the astral realm. The realm is made of pure thought if that makes sense. You can mold yourself or other things into anythingou want!! You can become the craziest things in the astral realm! You can live inside a volcano in the astral realm! The astral is your world anything is possible on the astral :)
