Annoying neighbours.

Hello All,
I'll try to make this a short as possible, but here is my dilemma...I have lived in my current apartment for about 8 yrs now. I keep to myself and do my own thing. I am always polite and respectful of my neighbours, but not overly friendly.
There is this one family that lives on the second floor ( 6 floor building) overlooking the parking lot. Shortly after moving in I noticed they were always on their balcony drinking and watching...not just me, but everyone. This is a family of mother, father and 2 20something sons. They also have alot of family in the building so they are always there.
At first they just watched my comings and goings then they started making comments and laughing at me. I have done nothing to deserve their nastyness...I am shy but not rude to anyone.
Anyways, this escalted to outright name calling. So being who I am I confronted the son as to why he was attacking me...apparently I am a bitch because I don't hang around in the parking lot with them drinking beer. I am in my 40's and don't find that sort of thing appealing. Not to mention I have 20 yrs on these guys and nothing in common.
So, now when I pass the mother in the lobby or whatever she calls me names and tries to start a fight. A few things have happened in the past with her sons and mine...who is like me, keeps to himself and so on. My son confronted her son when something happened to his car while they were playing hockey near it. He just wanted to know what happened, was very polite but the whole thing just started up all this drama.
It has turned into full on hatred on their part. The mother was even in my workplace yesterday bad mouthing me to co-workers...this incident is what has lead me here seeking advice.
There is ALOT more to this story since its been going on for years. My son recently moved away and we are both concerned that things might get worse for me since I am on my own now. They have not, so far done anything criminal, just annoying and upsetting.
I would appreciate any advice on how to warn these people not to mess with me.

First off, I'm sorry that these people are calling you names. I'm sure you have no right to be called that.

Secondly, Magick is not a solution to your problem. I don't know what you came here looking for exactly in Magick to solve your dilema, but it certainly isn't the right path. If they are verbally calling you names, and I suppose to the point of threatening you, then I suggest going to the authorities. They are your best chance. But, I also suggest, why not trying recording some of these abusive name callings for support? It might help. But, it could also not. I hope you find what you are looking for.

thanks for your response, but i have complained to the owner of the building and the police. their answer...move. i refuse to be pushed out of my home by a bunch of thugs.
what i'm looking for is something to take their attention away from me.

Well, I'm not quite sure that that response is... legal I suppose? Telling you to move is clearly the wrong answer. I honestly think that you should go to a higher source of power.

Invisibility spells make you more easily overlooked. I would couple this with a protection from all harm (physical and spiritual) and a fresh new can of pepper spray.

I would personally not get the authorities involved. Living in a major city for over 20 years of my life, you learn what the authorities help with or make worse.

Since they live right next to you, calling the police will only give them, at most a slap on the wrist and a fine, AND many times police tell them exactly who called. Which means you'll make them mad and have more problems. You cannot get an order of protection because you live in the same building. Only if you were moving could you, and then you would still need proof that your life is in danger.

Personally, I would move. But if that isn't financially possible for you.

Banishing rituals are not just for spirits. Some banishments are mean and others are actually very considerate and add luck to your target(s) life. This of course gives them opportunites far far away from you. Its your choice what banishment you choose. Just be sure to banish them "from your life, workplace and home" Yes yes, I know it effects free will, but when someone makes you feel in danger, there are no rules in war. You do what you have to to ensure your own safely and defend yourself. And if you don't want it to come down to physical violence then this is a good start. If you are incapable of protecting yourself physically, then it's time to use the gifts you were created with.

"Igitur qui desiderat pacem, praeparet bellum."
If you want peace, prepare for war.

thank you WhiteRav3n, you seem to know exactly what I'm dealing with...very intuitive, lol. (yes, i read your profile).
I am more than able to defend myself physically, but the cops in this region are cowboys and arrest and charge everyone involved. Their favourite charge is "mutual combat" ???
I really like the banishment thing. I'll have to do some research.
Thanks again :)
