you can do it without tools have you tried visualisation
also this needs practice

i don't know wich path you follow

there are many ways to do this

some are as simple as writing something on paper and burn it
or sleep on it!

i am not writing the whole process of the spell i am just
naming a few options

btw: the magic is in you
we use tools because we are not able to project our magic
in another dimension!!(where the most high is)

yes this can be achieve but it takes a lot of time practice
and work!

i haven't met anyone who is capable of doing this!

but you can start with candles wich are not expensive

You can buy herbs, better to have ones that are actually growing! Plant them in pots. Regarding tools. My witch teacher (many years ago!) had very few tools; some candles, two little bowls for salt and water; a cauldron; a kitchen knife(Athame); she had a besom broom, but so did everybody else in those days. Of course, when I was training, witchcraft was against the law! So all "tools" had to be everyday objects. And we were very secret!
