Books on summoning fae?
By:
Hello. I had a dream last night about fairies. They were dancing over my lover's face (the lover in the dream). Little orbs of different coloured light. In that moment, I knew they were real. I also knew that I must see them again. Does anyone know of any books for beginners that might help me summon them? I've seen the spells on here, and I don't think they are for me (at least the ones I've seen). Thanks.

The fae first of all are not all the little winged tinker bell beings that fly around and through dust all over the place as some people might think. If you want some really good information that is true and powerfull to really work with the fae I would suggest books by RJ Stewart or Orion Foxwood. Their books aren't always to read at some points, but they are the leading Faery Seerers of the pagan community. When working with them it takes time to befriend them. Leave them offerings of milk, honey, and bread. What I usually do is break the bread into pieces and put it on a glass plate, drizzle honey over the top of the bread, and drizzle some milk over the bread also so it's just a little saturated. The good folk will show themselves differently also. Sometimes they have the wings, sometimes they are half human and half animal, someimes full animal, sometime in the form of the elements, sometimes shadows, and sometimes just a voice. Have respect for nature and all animals and life and they will respect you especiall in their territory. Spend time in deep woods or natural surroundings and just be quiet calling to them in your mind. If you can plant flowers that will attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Respect them and make sure ou don't exploit them for your own pride also. Protect that which is theirs and you will gain their trust.

"Fairy faith in Celtic coutries"
"Fairy magick" Rosemary Ellen Guiley

You can make a fairy Garden, Gerina Dunwich explained how in her book "Herb Magcik"

Ellen Dugan wrote about this a lot , so did Ann Moura ( there is even a fairy sachet spell on her website I think ).

You have spell that would suit Your needs in my proifle history and others decent spells on here.

Good luck :)
