Did you use "rags", as in bits of your clothing and his clothing?
i am doing this from my heart and yes my idea was to take bit from his clotes anb a bit from my.i hope it will work.

Personally, I would make a poppet from his clothes, and a poppet from your own. Put hearts on them, then baptize them as you and as him. Tie them together with red thread/ribbon/fabric, with the orris root between them.
Put it on a love shrine (full of hearts, chocolates, fresh roses, etc), and burn love candles anointed with "Come to Me Boy" oil.
