I am Confused on what Intent means in Magick. What does Intent mean and what does it mean to say a Intent in a Sense of it already happened.

To put it simply, intent is the desired outcome.

The reason a starement of intent can habe comicated instructions is because of how the subconscious mind processes information. For example, the subconscious does not process negatives.
"I will not have this blemish tomorrow," goes to the subconscious as, "I will have this blemish tomorrow."

Worse still, tomorrow never comes. The next day, the established intent is still, "I will have this blemish tomorrow," as far as the subconscious can tell.

But if the statement of intent is worded as if it is already manifest, "This blemish diminishes quickly," things can work better.

Poetic and flowery language works the same. So if you choose to have a sonnet of a chant, feel free! Just don't use negatives, and word your statements as if they are already happening or are already fulfilled.
