I want to do a cleansing of my house but was told that i would need 3 cleansing herbs, i have to can i just use those two instead of 3. If anyone can help me on how i need can use it on my carpet, since do not have bare floors. Any help greatly appreciate. Also suggestion on a good cleansing bath.

i'm reminded of this picture i saw titled 'witchcraft reality' and it's a girl dressed in jeans and a t-shit banging a pot yelling 'ghost you better get out of my house!'

really, you don't need 3 herbs. it's nice, and could pull double duty [make a smudge that has an herb for cleansing, and herb for protection and an herb for prosperity can cast 3 in one and save time] but you just need focus and intent. salt water in a spray bottle could cleanse your house. burning sage could cleanse your house. washing a table with pledge while visualizing tar-like energy being replaced with shiny clean energy can cleanse your house. heck, some feel vibrations can cleanse, so take a bell and ring it a few times while visualizing the tar-energy being destroyed and turning shiny-positive.

same with the bath, salt water and intent. i have this sea salt scrub from Lush i charge with energy, so whenever i use it i visualize it cleansing negative energy from my body, and as i rinse it off in the shower i chant 'stress and strain go down the drain'. for a bath i might use salt, i might use an essential oil [depending on what i'm going for] i've also used herbal tea! [no joke, i get free tea from work, i found the mint tea too mintie, so i throw it in my baths when i need to relax... turns the water green though] just tell yourself it all comes down to intent. [even washing dishes mindfully can cast a spell]
