Headache after Casting
By:
I am not prone to migraines in any facet, however, a few days after casting a spell I find that there is an intense throbbing emanating from the center of my head. It has happened a few times now, and I've noticed that it has occurred after an attempt at a powerful, or large scale spell. Any thoughts and insight would be most appreciated.

Maybe you could be putting too much energy out and it's making you tired or stressed and giving you a headache?
If you're sure it's connected to spells and not something that's happening for some other reason, maybe re=analyze the spells you're doing and make some changes, see if that makes a difference.
If it keeps happening I would consult a medical professional if possible.

You get what you put into magic, animaannorum. Everything has a price to pay, and sometimes it's a headache, or a drowsy feeling in the morning, or even extreme bursts of energy that makes you feel hyperactive. Magic can affect it's users greatly, or it can influence and affect us to a very little extent. I think if you are having a headache after each time you cast, it may be possible, but if it's just a one time thing, it's probably nothing to take heed about. If it does happen each time after you cast, and it doesn't persist for days, it's nothing to be concerned about, however if they were to become more prone, I would suggest talking to a medical professional. I would like to know how many times this has happened after casting.

Well now here is a place where I can express the after affects of my spells. I will be honest though. I do get a little bit light headed after my spells. And sleep in the next day.

Divinus, this has happened all three time when I had cast a spell for a rainstorm (I know people say that the weather can't be controlled but I tried the spell three different times in three different locations during a week where it had a sunny with some clouds forecast). The only other time was recently when I cast a healing spell on my friend, who is one state over, because she felt that she'd been cursed or hexed by a relative.
