Issues With Leadership

We in the Legion have been having a bit of an issue with our current Priestess named Merciful (http://www.spellsofmagic.com/profile.html?profile=412312).

For the last six months we've been having an issue with trying to get her involved with the Coven and actively communicating with the community. We see no signs of her in the group or on the forums and have not yet received any mail or message response from her.

However, she apparently has a grudge with how these are working in the coven. For the last six months, the only kind of feedback we've gotten from her is actions she takes on our members. She has removed Council members from the coven without notice multiple times and I've had to reinstate and apologize to them numerous times. She seems to focus on only a few specific members as well, for seemingly no reason.

I have barely been inactive for two weeks as I did not have a functioning laptop at the time. I have come to find that more than half of our members have been removed, once again our council completely removed and has now changed our symbol aesthetic, without any communication, whatsoever.

This has all gone on without communication, without messaging or without discussing anything with me or any of the members. I am officially tired of having an unresponsive, seemingly abusive Priestess and I needed to bring this message to the boards, because we need a dire solution to this.

Her activity board only shows that she logs on to seemingly mess with me, the coven and our members. I have sent her a message to please communicate with us, that we're tired and we need her to tell us what she needs or what we can do to make things easier, but I am doubtful she will respond.

Please assist us.

Alternatively, you could also just promote one of your council members to take her place. If she is being inactive and abusive to both you and your other coven members, I would report her for the abuse/harassment (as Lopt suggested) and then remove her so that both you and your members no longer need to deal with it.

I agree with Misanthropy's approach. If you don't want to promote someone else into the position, you could mail Petrarca and ask him to make you the single HP of the coven. He has done this for a few others, such as Natural Magick.

I agree with what everyone said here, if you are having problems, and she's not talking to you or any of the members, then report her for abuse/harrassment.

In addition to what others have said, please keep in mind that the system periodically removes coven members who have been inactive for about a month or a little more. This is also something you could have asked another coven leader or moderator privately as most people don't like making private coven business public.
