Technically yes. I'd just like to say not to rely much on me, cause from the "psi energy" I'm only aware of psi balls. But psi balls are balls of energy, so I suppose psi is energy, or your energy, in a language.

If you make strong psi balls maybe they're able to drop down a piece of paper, but I'm not sure what kind of telekinesis you're questioning about.

Telekinesis and all other forms of kinesis have never been shown to work. They appear to be nothing more than a plot device from fantasy novels and Hollywood films, not anything that can be done with real magic. So the simple answer is that psi energy cannot be used for telekinesis as telekinesis is make-believe.

Kinetics will not work they have not been proven to work, and as Lark said they have been drawn from Hollywood movies
