I recommend looking into honey jars, they are the best way to sweeten up a relationship if one is having troubles and such. Keep in mind, if there is no mutual feeling then not much can be done. You cannot force a person to be with you against their will and if you actually do, then the results could be bad.
I agree with the above posts. You could still use the items but since you've worn and washed them they have more of your energy then his so you might consider using a picture or getting another article of clothing [simplest being a used sock]

Love spells are easier if there is already a feeling present. Don't get me wrong you can manifest the idea of love in your crush's head, but that requires more effort. I would suggest going the traditional route first and then supplementing that with a love spell. If you cast a powerful love spell without first getting to know the guy it can cause complications if you realize you don't actually love him. This would cause unnecessary pain on his behalf.
