Garnet

hello, a spell I am gathering ingredients for needs Garnet but there are many types of the stone apparently eg green Garnet does it not matter which one I use or should I use normal Garnet

Nothing has to be by the book if you don't want it to be.

If you're more attracted to red Garnet, then use it. If you're more attracted to an orange or green Garnet, than use it. It's all up to you and what you want to do.
