Painful AP?

Hello, I just wanted to see if this means anything. While attempting AP I noticed that the right side of my rib cage began to hurt. It was actually quite agonizing and I didn't succeed because it threw me off focus. I also wanted to play it safe and not AP. If anyone can help it'd much appreciated thanks.

That happens to me as well but it causes my whole body to ache especially when I try to come back. I talked to a friend of mine and she said it's probably because your not really used to ever doing anything like that essentially.

Thana, that aching, is likely your nerves/muscles being returned to their physically sensitive selves. Your main sense can often wander while sleep, but it is usually right with the body. That's why many can easily be awakened by lightly touching them while they sleep. Their nerves are still 'connected' to their conscious. When you AP you are weakening that link. It's similar to regaining the flow of blood.
