Is it true that it can be celerbated anytime between october 31st to novemeber 6th?

I stumbled upon this and I wanted to get a tattoo on Samhain, but I am getting one on the 2nd is it still possible I am doing so then?

Yes, that is true. Many choose to celebrate Samhain on October 31st; however, others wish to wait for the astrological date of Samhain which generally falls around November 6-7. So there should be no problem in having your new tatoo linked to Samhain if you wish.
