I know many times we fell lost and can't find our way out of trouble so here's an easy ritual u can do.
1st you take a picture of urself but it in an altar or anywhere is fine
2nd any candle will do but white is most appropriate for it and the light the candle n leave it there in front of the picture.

I usually put a picture in my altar if it's of a deitey or if somone died I light him/her a candle with a glass of water. Not sure If I would put a picture of myself in an altar. I really like the idea, I think it has sort of a symbolic meaning. What I usually do when I'm lacking spirituality is I go into the shower, meditate in there. Say a prayer to my divine. I bless the water to clean my soul, energy, etc. Then I come out, meditate. And that leaves me fine :)

okay that good to but u kinda have to remember the difference between practices in Santeria we place the picturesl on the aaltar to fell and mode close to our deities
