Help with meditation
By:
I've been having this really annoying problem, where whenever I try to meditate, I start to hear a white noise that gets louder and louder. This is only recent so I'd like to know if thereis anything t stop it quickly :O

I'm guessing your "white noise" is the blood rushing in your ears. Sounds like you're stressed and may be hyperventilating a bit. Take 3-10 deep slow breaths breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Then continue inhaling through your nose and out through your mouth (normal breaths) but hiss the exhale, letting the air slowly escape with an S sound. This will lengthen your breaths naturally and make them slower by allowing your diaphram to relax more. After doing this a while your breathing should become more regular and slow (like when you sleep) and you can focus on your goal. Clearing your mind is nice to do, but it's beneficial to focus on a single thought, such as "I am at peace" or "all is well". Subconsciously, you'll pick up on this and begin to feel peaceful and calm.
