Help me with my dream

I died in my dream and didn't wake up. I was being chased by a gun man and it was raining heavily. I think I was in Chicago. I turned down an alley and slipped and the man walked over and put the gun to my head. I screamed "Just end it!" and he shot me in the forehead. I felt the bullet hit and I died. Next thing I knew I was suspended in darkness and I was being compressed on all sides. I felt as if the world was at peace and I was invulnerable. I realized I was dead and I realized I was dreaming. I felt like five minutes went by and I finally woke up... Anyone know anything about this kind of stuff?

Well i have had experience of dieing (probably spelt wrong) in my dreams and i sometimes end up seeing my funeral, It may be showing our future but as far as i know its just our self warning us through scaring us.

Well, There are a lot of explanations for your dream. I can give you a near meaning but the dream happens in your sub-conscience, so the real meaning lays in your mind.
