I was in a VERY similar position a few months ago. I didn't use a spell though. I talked to myself about it. And the people I get jealous of are those who talk to my best friend. So basically, the more I talked to my best friend about it and got reassurance from her, the better I felt. I also talked to the girl I was the most jealous of. And she understood where I was coming from. After hearing that from both of them, it faded away on its own. If you tell yourself there's nothing to worry about, and you know that the person genuinely loves you, the jealousy will fade as you become more secure. It's a mental battle that takes time, strength, and support, but it's worth it. Make sure you're respectful even to those you feel jealousy towards though, or it'll cause a fight. And talk to your boyfriend about that and about helping you feel better. Make sure he knows it's no one's fault. As for something magick related to help, I have an evil eye bracelet which helped me a lot. I got it for $13, and it was well worth it. Best of luck to you.

A stern reminder to all members to be cautious about those offering help in return for money or a monetary fee. It is not wise to give out personal information to those you meet over the internet. If you are are ever offered such assistance please save all emails and alert a moderator about the situation.

Listen to LdyGry's advice. She is very wise woman.

I have been in your shoes before. I know how it feels to be jealous and to not be able to control it. It clouds all rational thought. I was cheated on my numerous boyfriends, and I was unable to trust my fiance when I first met him. It took about 8 months before I fully came to terms with trusting him, and thank the Goddess he stuck with me for so long.

It's one of those things that doesn't have a quick fix. This is mainly because of your mindset. If you are easily affected by this, then you don't have a mindset appropriate to rid yourself ot it. Magick is based on your Will, Focus and Intention. Basically, your Psychology. If you're stressed out, you're not going to be able to focus appropriately.

Meditation can be quite hard during the moments of jealousy, as the emotion is exhibitory (raising, exciting) to your Energy. Meditation works by being Inhibitory (calming, soothing, focusing).

So, you sit there and scratch your head. You wonder to yourself what could possibly help? Well, for one, Devotion. Two, time. If your boyfriend/girlfriend hasn't cheated on your or hurt you, you need to ask yourself why you do not trust him/her. Is it because of a past relationship? Or is it because some traumatic event that occured in your life? Past experiences like these are like scar tissues, blocking the pathway to your Heart.

Find the source of your Jealousy. Discuss it with your boyfriend/girlfriend. Ask them to understand and to work with you on it. They should understand that you can't just shut it off. They should be willing to work with you. They should understand that you Love them and you truly want to trust them. My fiance gave me the information to his Facebook, Email, and phone logs to prove he was trustworthy. I worshipped them for God knows how long. After a bit of time and adjustment, I realized he wasn't cheating. He wasn't going to cheat.

Like I said, it takes Devotion. It isn't something Magick can fix. Work with your partner on it. If they truly respect you, they will be willing to understand and work with you.

Some parting notes:

If you take the road I did and request access to things like Facebook, don't allow it to further your Jealousy if they deny you. Explain to them how that makes you feel. Offer yours to them.

A relationship is a two way street. If you want them to be receptive to your issues and baggage, be receptive to theirs.

Love isn't a bunch of gooey feelings and fireworks. That's Lust. Love is a mutual respect for each other, their flaws and faults. It's a lifetime partnership and a union that is also free in its special sense. It's not a blisteirng Fire. It's an ever-burning, smoldering ember.
