Snakes

Hey everyone, i was just wondering, I am currently a Luciferian, i am studying the path of satanism. But i am not following Anthony Laveyes. I follow traditional satanism etc.

And i was wondering do snakes have any part in any kind of satanic magick or rituals. Or anything in that general?

I have a big connection with snakes and i know that the snake is one of my animal guides.

I wanted to know what you guys think and if there are connected with satanism.

Well, it was said that snakes and satan do have a correlation.

It was because of Satan's choice to use the serpent to tempt Eve(Genesis 3:1-14). The created form of the serpent is unknown, but it is described as the most subtle, crafty, or shrewd of the animals. Something about it was suitable for Satan's purpose; perhaps it was the one Eve would be least surprised to find talking to her. Even in its cursed condition, the snake is graceful and intriguing.

And by the way, Satan did not come to Eve offering death, decomposition, disgust, and evil. But instead he came with the phony offer of wisdom, enlightment, and godlikeness, and came in the most pleasant and beguiling form he could manage. His approach hasn't really changed.
