Menstrual pain reducing

I neeeeeed this! I realize that this is a very odd topic for men, boys, and girls and/or women who haven't experienced a period, but it's still a topic that deserves to be discussed. I can only assume how big of a help this would be for people with unbearable periods. This would be a great spell to have access to. Just saying... :)

That would surely be an useful spell...But I think we don't need a spell. Some teas,relaxation...And it would be easier.

You Should Take Some Catnip Tea, and relax with a heating pad. Most people are going to say...catnip is for cats, but I'm here to tell you from experience, that when you are doubled over in pain, you will try anything. I drink catnip tea every time I have my cycle because it works, catnip is a muscle relaxer and helps to kill the pain.

That is very interesting, I knew that heat helps relax the tendons and muscles but the catnip tea is a new one for my mental index. I'll tell all my lady friends.

Black Cohosh is an herb that is not only used for woman undergoing the change but for any female who is having cramps and bloating due to their monthly visit. I have used Cohosh in tea form for this since I was a teenager though you should always talk with your doctor about any and all herbals you use. There is also a blue Cohosh that is not a strong as the black so you would need more of the herb to gain the same effects as the black. As Silver suggested catnip tea can help along with some white willow. White willow bark has the same effect on the body as aspirin so keep that in mind when taking it. Aspirin thins the blood so if you are having a lot of clotting which is where some cramps come from it might help in both pain relief and keeping the clots to a minimum. If you have severe pain during your period or around the time that it is due that does not go away please seek medical attention asap for this could be something more than just period related pain.
