Hello there, welcome to Spells of Magic, please know before you go any further and dwell into the site's information, as great as this site is for practitioners, there is false information that does dwell on this site, so please use common sense when you read information, it's easy for people who have no "prior" knowledge of magic to get tangled up within the lies many of the other uneducated practitioners have placed, but there is also great information distributed on this site, but magic takes commitment, you got to study and practice, otherwise you will not learn, pretty much no one will spoon feed you knowledge, if you have questions revolving around a topic that you are not certain about, they will either give you a run down on the topic, give you information on a book that will help you, or send you a link to a "good" site for the information you are looking for. Please do not be discourage if you find out something you are studying is physically impossible, as I stated above, there is a lot of misinformation on this and other sites, being tangled with that information is certain, just remember if you have a question, ask it, someone is bound to answer it.

My first piece of advice before you start journying around the "magic" aspect of this site, you travel through the important sections of the site to get the feel of what the site expects of it's members. There is a strict set of rules in which all members must follow, so it probably is best for you to learn them so you can kind of sway from accidently getting into trouble. Then I would recommend checking out the "Newbie Central" which is located on the "Home" page. That will also give a you a feel about the site.
