Sounds like negitve energy is getting in during your meditation. Until your good enough to shrug off such things cast a circle and meditate within it! This will block out the negative and put peaceful energy into you.

You can always control your anger, but it can definitely get the best of you when you are trying to do things like meditation and get interrupted. It isn't any fun to lose focus on something that can take so much focus. Most likely, you are over focusing and that is giving you the head ache. So when you get interrupted, you get frustrated at the whole thing. Try switching your time of meditation to one where you know that no one can interfere. Pick a time when everyone is out of the house or asleep. Turn off your phone or put on airplane mode if you use it to listen to music while meditating. Music or listening to a guided meditation can help you to not over focus on quieting your mind an can be just as calming.
