Where can I find a way to get in touch with just locals of the faith or find near by hearths?

Try looking online. I swore I saw a group on Witchvox. Since I don't know where you are, and since it seems like you haven't looked, here's a link:

I know there are organizations on Facebook. Like the American Astartu Association.

Usually you can also find local groups on Facebook oriented towards Heathenry. They're more active on Facebook than any other site I've been to, but they are also active in person.

I recommend looking at Witchvox.

You could also go to local occult or pagan oriented shops and events, you're likely to meet people there, but it's not guaranteed that they'll all be heathens.

Try the Meetups.com it is where I found multiple groups to get involved it.
