The moon is a key factor, as the Esbat is on the full moon. Some people even have full and quarter moon circles. Also, there's the Sabbats. You should try to celebrate all Esbats and Sabbats in some way. Everything else, including how you celebrate the Esbats/Sabbats, you should figure it out yourself. If you have more energy in the mornings, meditate then, if you might fall asleep, do it at another time. I go to the gym in the mornings so I pray during my cool downs, and meditate before bed. You could also pray or bless your food at each meal. Decide for yourself what you feel can and should be done. Just don't think "I will meditate twice a day, pray 5 times a day, and leave daily offerings" starting from day one. Ease into it, otherwise you will forget, get discouraged, and feel bad.

Every morning i pray, then i eat and pray again.I pray about 6-7 times a day, and i meditate once a day, and stretch. I study every day for 30 minutes each, and stuff.

As a practicing Wiccan I do make a point of celebrating the Esbats and Sabbats, and also the Dark Moons.

I begin my day with a self-blessing and light some incense while giving thanks to my Gods for their blessings in my life.

But I include my beliefs even in everyday chores such as cooking meals and doing the laundry. One simply learns to live as a Wiccan no matter what you are doing. I don't separate my life into mundane and sacred, I blend the two in everything I do.
