Bindings
By:
I was told yesterday that one of my friends put a binding on me. I had dreams constantly that caused me to be able to see future events, at first I wouldn't remember until the event happened, then I started to remember them. They stopped for a bit which confused me until the yesterday. I don't know how to handle this, I feel she did it for my own good but I'm not certain.

While paid services can be a valid thing, you have to check them out first before you blindy decide to pay them. Most people will suggest you not pay anyone at all, but that's up to you.

First, why don't you look up what you can do for yourself before going to another person? Do you have a feeling of being restricted? Are other things in your life pointing the possiblity of you being bound magically? If so, or if you want good measure either way, you can do something to cleanse, shield, and free yourself of bindings. A simple shower with the feeling of security can count towards this if you are not familar with conscious magical practice. Afterwords, think of the binding while taking a scrap piece of fabric and unraveling it. Feel yourself free of said binding while you do so.

If you don't wish to do that, or wish to do this in addition, you can simply work on recalling your dreams better. This takes time, so don't be disheartened if you don't get it right away. Dream work is my most active practice, yet there are some dreams that I remember better than others. When you wake up, keep a journal or notebook on hand. Instead of getting up right away, simply lay in bed and relax, letting your thoughts flow freely. It can sometimes feel like you're still playing out the dream while awake. The important thing is to not force yourself to remember by trying to concentrate too hard as this creates mental blocks.

As you remember things, jot down key points in snippets and doodles (they don't have to be good; just enough for you to recognize the rest of the dream when you see them). Sometimes, recalling dreams happens throughout the day, so try keeping a small pocket notebook and pen with you as you practice.

It's okay to be new and you have no need to apologize for that. I simply suggest that you take things with a grain of salt and look at multiple angles to form your own opinion before you proceed with things.

Well i suggest don't pay someone. If they ask you too, look into them. You don't want to give money to a ''nobody''.

Ever after, it's okay to be new. Everyone has to start somewhere. Try keeping a dream journal, it may seem not like anything: but it will help.

You'll start to see patterns, ect. If your concerned get tea that helps with ability's, get food, incense, ect. Good luck.
