I was wondering if it is possible to learn about your past lives and if so how do you find out about them? I've been very curious about mine lately and would like to know more
I haven't done this before but a friend if mine has. If you astral project and find certian records you can learn about all of your past lives... I forget the name of the records at the moment but i will see what it is since it's in a book i've read. I will post it as soon as i can
I just sort of remember stuf when I see or here something that stimulates my membory, but thats mostly for 3 of my past lives, but go igur maybe that's how many I have had, in to of them I was a knight in the other one I lived in Livonia (thats what Latvia used to be called) aroand the midle ages, who knows maybe I lived aproximately where I do now, and I know to much information, sory I just like talking aboat my self, oh and to stimulate these memorys you might want to read aboat ancient civilizations, but rmrmber not everyone has a past live, cause reincarnation is a completely voluntary proces
The best (and safest) way to view a past life is to go to someone who is trained in past-life regression. A past-life regression is a form of trance work/hypnosis that needs someone who knows what they are doing to take you back to your past-life and then bring you back to your current one safely.
I don't believe that either scrying or meditation gives you a very accurate picture as your mind is apt to create false memories because it is influenced by what you subconsciously want that past-life to be about. As an example, most people that use this method seem to find themselves having been someone important in a past life. It is far more probably that you were a simple peasant rather than a knight or a King.
I will try to find someone and i can understand what you are saying about how scrying or meditation to find out about your past lives can be inaccurate. Thank you for your advice
