plants of the norse?

I would like to add some plants in my garden that the Norse Gods and Goddesses would like. Mostly the aesir gods and goddeses. Thinking a lot about Thor, odin, freya, and loki. Anyone have any ideas?

Ash, elm, rowan, and apple trees would be nice as they are sacred to numerous gods and pop up time after time in the lore.

Also, leeks surprisingly have been said to have magical properties in several stories from the sagas.

Plus those herbs that Percy listed are excellent :D

Thjovarot (without using Icelandic letters) is translated as Thieves Root, which is another name of Mandrakes. I'd have to dig up the link I have on it when I can access my laptop, but it had the uses for quite a few different plants in Iceland; however, not all are limited to the 'Heathen time frame' as there is occult practice in Scandinavia beyond Heathenry.
