I have notice a good amount of people do not notice the difference between, I'm not sure if it's just some people are a majority, I will explain the difference.

energy is just that, energy that runs from within the body and can be used into spells and magic to do things, energy manipulation is how you use the energy, you can use it for spells, shape the energy and give it a certain structure for certain effects. for example you could strengthen a part of your body for a short a moment, but that's it, it can do other things too, just ask

well energy isn't just in your body, it's everywhere the sun produsis energy to it's appart of atoms, and is, well just study earth science and the periodic table for a more indepth answer.

I know energy is not just in your body, most people use energy that is of their oen and energy around them too
