past lives

does anyone know of a way to access memories of past lives

only way i know is through meditation, or skrying. with both you need to clear your mind, once you feel relaxed, think to yourself about going into a past life. with a skrying mirror you should see your reflection change. meditation, it normally happens [for me at least] when your mind is clear and you're focusing on nothing, images should appear and you may begin to see a past life.

Are there any other ways its kind of hard to meditate where in am

I do past life regression through hypnosis for clients. I've found it highly effective. I personally have always had clear recall of past lives.
