How to share a spell?

Hi I'm pretty new here, but I have a spell i'd like to share, how do you do that?

Need to be on the council of a coven to share. Spellcasters automaticaly promotes you to counsil member. And anyone can join. At least i think thats what its called

You can also post it here in the forums, under the spell suggestion category.

Or you can mail council or priest/ess of a coven and ask that they upload it for you, and credit you.
